These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Auristry™ ("Auristry," "the Service"), operated by Crowson Global Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Auristry is an AI-assisted music production console. It uses third-party artificial intelligence models to help you generate lyrics, production blueprints, artwork direction, social content, video briefs, and produced audio tracks based on descriptions and preferences you provide. Some features may connect to or produce prompts intended for use with third-party platforms (such as Suno or Udio) that are not owned or operated by us.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Auristry. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. [Confirm minimum age policy — this matters in particular because of the explicit content toggle described below.]
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
As between you and Auristry, you own the content generated through your use of the Service based on your prompts and inputs ("Generated Content"), subject to your compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use Generated Content, including verifying you have the necessary rights to use any concept, reference material, or persona information you provide as an input.
The legal treatment of AI-generated content — including copyright eligibility — is an evolving and unsettled area of law in many jurisdictions. We make no representation about the copyrightability of any Generated Content.
You agree not to use Auristry to:
Auristry offers an optional "explicit content" setting that allows strong language and mature themes (consistent with a standard "Parental Advisory" content rating) in generated lyrics and songs. This setting never permits sexually explicit content, regardless of how it is configured.
Auristry relies on third-party providers to operate, including Anthropic (AI text generation), ElevenLabs (AI music generation), and Supabase (account authentication and data storage). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable usage policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party services.
Auristry currently offers access on a free basis during its early access period. We may introduce paid subscription tiers in the future. If we do, additional terms describing pricing, billing, and cancellation will apply and will be presented to you before you are charged.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate, error-free, commercially viable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowson Global Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
