Privacy Policy

This document is a working draft prepared as a starting point and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Crowson Global Media LLC should have this reviewed by qualified legal counsel before it is relied upon as a binding policy, particularly regarding any regional privacy law requirements (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) that may apply to your users.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Auristry™ ("Auristry," "we," "us") collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Auristry is operated by Crowson Global Media LLC.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active, or until you delete it. You can delete individual generations, clear your history, or delete your account entirely from within the Service at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can exercise most of these rights directly within the Service (account settings, deleting history or your account), or by contacting us at the email below.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Auristry uses browser storage only for what's necessary to keep you signed in (authentication tokens) and to remember basic preferences such as your selected theme. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Auristry is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. See the age eligibility requirement in our Terms of Service.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on our providers' security practices (e.g., Supabase's authentication and storage security). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Auristry's infrastructure and service providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. [Confirm whether specific regional disclosures — e.g. GDPR data transfer mechanisms — are needed based on your user base.]
